Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the supplier's contact details and instructions on how to arrange the return shipment directly with them. Please do not send any items back without first receiving this information, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and sending the product back directly to our supplier.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. As we operate as a reseller, approved returns must be shipped directly to our supplier. Return address details will be provided upon return approval. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you of the outcome. Please note that refunds are only processed after our supplier has verified the returned item and confirmed its condition.
If the return is approved by the supplier and the amount has been credited back to us, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your return was approved, please contact us at getzze.support@getzze.com.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they are fulfilled (shipped). To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at getzze.support@getzze.com with your order number.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy.
Important: Cancellation requests must be sent to getzze.support@getzze.com. We are not responsible for cancellation requests that are not received, including emails that are delivered to our spam or junk folder.
For custom-built or personalized bikes, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays or failed cancellations caused by our suppliers not responding to cancellation requests in time. We will always make our best effort to process your cancellation promptly, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed with our supplier.
